I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify me by conversation or email of the problem (with photographic proof) within 14 days of receipt and then return the item to me and I will provide a replacement. For items damaged in transit, please supply photographs as proof, and I will issue a replacement. Items must be received in original shipped condition within 30 days for refund. A full refund (NOT including your postage cost) will be awarded if a replacement is not possible. You the buyer are responsible for shipping cost back to me and proof of postage is advisable, unfortunately I can't refund a returned item that gets lost in the post. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
